On November 8, we are bringing together social entrepreneurs, funders, lawyers and others professionals in the community for a series of interactive panel discussions exploring a range of legal and business issues for impact investors and companies that want to maximize their positive impact.
Session 4: Promoting Impact Through Hybrid/Tandem Structures
This session will cover how organizations can maximize impact through hybrid or tandem structures. A diverse panel will discuss how for for-profit businesses can utilize a .org to expand market share as well as how non-profits can leverage a for-profit affiliate to reduce dependence on grant funding. Speakers will share stories on how these hybrid/tandem structures have improved business models and will answer questions from those considering a similar approach.
