As members of the Bay Area Social/Small Enterprise Task Force (BASE Force), Morrison & Foerster attorneys Suz Mac Cormac, Alfredo Silva, Kaela Colwell, Olga Terets, and Michael Santos have compiled a resource guide for Bay Area small businesses impacted by COVID-19. BASE Force is focused on collecting local, state, federal and private/nonprofit resources for Bay Area small businesses impacted by COVID-19 and disseminating this information in a digestible way. In addition, the task force plans to host webinars and provide small businesses with access to live support from lawyers and financial professionals (office hours, trainings, clinics, etc.) in the coming weeks.
