This Friday, April 13 from 11am – 3pm, MoFo attorney’s Ben Fox and Jesse Finfrock are leading a social enterprise law workshop and panel discussion hosted by Berkeley School of Law and Berkeley Business Law Journal. Ben and Jesse will present with social entrepreneurs, impact investors and other impact attorneys and lead a teach-in workshop on social enterprise entity choice, with a focus on new corporate forms such as Delaware’s Public Benefit Corporation. Following the workshop, a panel of experienced social entrepreneurship leaders will provide insights into forming and funding a social enterprise.
